Rohan Kunnummal Retained as Captain, Akhil Scaria Continues as ViceCaptain

Calicut Globstars have confirmed their leadership group for the upcoming Kerala Cricket League Season 3, with Rohan Kunnummal retained as captain and Akhil Scaria continuing as vice captain.

The duo will once again lead the Globstars as the team prepares for the new KCL season, bringing continuity to the leadership group ahead of the campaign. Kunnummal will continue to captain the side on the field, with Scaria supporting him as vice captain.

Both players have been part of the Globstars' journey across the previous editions of the Kerala Cricket League and have played important roles for the team. Their continued leadership will be a key part of the squad's preparations as the Globstars look to build on their experience from the previous seasons.

The leadership group will work closely with Head Coach Bijumon N.P and the coaching staff as preparations for Season 3 continue. The Globstars have already begun their training camp in Thiruvananthapuram, with all 16 players attending the opening session at the Thumba Ground.

Calicut Globstars will begin their KCL Season 3 campaign on August 20, taking on Thrissur Titans in the tournament opener at The Sports Hub, Greenfield International Stadium, Thiruvananthapuram.

With the leadership group confirmed and preparations underway, the Globstars are gearing up for another exciting KCL campaign.
